Welcome back everyone, this week we are looking at safe and manageable ways to lose the baby weight. If you are a brand new Mum or your babies are walking and talking the most important thing is to try and find time to rest. I know everyone says "sleep when the baby sleeps" which seems like great advice but impossible if you want to still be able to run a home and have a shower?! Even if you carve out 10 minutes to yourself to actually drink a warm cup of tea this is so important for your self esteem.
I would like to talk you through one really easy and simple exercise which you can start to complete as soon as you feel ready.
It's called an abdominal contraction, I have given a step by step guide on how to complete the exercise on the blog page of my website below and also a video showing how to complete the exercise.

What an amazing start to the Outdoor Postnatal Fitness session in Manor House Gardens. You were all a pleasure to teach and all the babies did so well enjoying watching their Mummies being active.
If you enjoyed the session then why not get your friends to come along. The first session is complimentary so they can see if it suits them.
We meet at 10am outside the Pistachios Cafe every Wednesday.
Why not bring along a friend to my indoor Mum and Baby/Toddler sessions and they can have their first lesson for free. If they come back then you can have a free lesson.

What to expect...
The attached photo was taken at my Mum and baby class at our Horn Park Venue in Lee. It's such a lovely venue as the hall is so spacious and we always stay and have a coffee after for a chat and rest after all the hard work during the session.
It's so lovely to see that the babies are really getting used to the surroundings and love to play with Erika my helper.
Adults only evening class...
Each week we have different exercises to challenge you and add variety to your workout. I always target the whole body but each week we focus on a different part of the body.
