Baby Steps Fitness is teaming up with Esther from Thula Mama to offer a Charity Fitness and Music fundraiser for parents to attend with their babies/toddlers on Wednesday 16th August at 10am in Manor House Gardens, Taunton Road, Lee, SE13 5SU.
Baby Steps Fitness is proud to support the Norrie Disease Foundation which helps raise money for families struggling with the rare disease which causes blindness in babies and hearing loss as they get older.
Please come along and help raise money to support these families and fund research. Every single penny raised will go to the charity.
The session will consist of 30 minutes of fitness and 30 minutes of Music. The fitness session will be aimed at all fitness levels so please don’t worry if you haven’t worn your trainers in a long time :-) The music session will require you to sing so bring your singing voice. No experience necessary ;-) The class will start at 10am for one hour.
We will meet outside the Pistachios Cafe in the park.
Please consider the following for the session;
Wear comfortable workout gear, a good supportive bra and trainers,
An exercise mat or picnic rug for placing on the grass,
Anything you need for baby/child and a
Towel for personal use.
During the fitness session babies can play on a blanket next to you or stay in their buggies.
To book your place please visit www.norriedisease.org.uk and donate £8 on their Just Giving page to secure your place at the class. In the comments field please quote Baby Steps Fitness.
Alternatively if you prefer to pay cash then please email me at email@example.com to book your place and bring along cash on the day.
Thank you in advance for your support with this amazing charity and hopefully you and baby will enjoy the event.
