Baby Steps Fitness is excited to announce that we will be launching a Restorative Flow Yoga class starting on Tuesday 10th October 2017 from 8-9pm at Lochaber Hall, Manor Lane Terrace, Lee, SE13 5QL.
Restorative Flow Yoga is a gentle practice that encourages the synchronisation of the breath with physical movement to relax and restore the body and mind. Creatively sequenced classes gently build strength, balance and flexibility eventually ending in blissful relaxation.
Suitable for beginners and those with a more advanced practice.
Benefits of Restorative flow yoga;
Soothes the nervous system.
Deeply relaxes the body.
Deepens self-awareness and introspection.
Allows you to feel safe and nurtured.
The class will be taught by the amazing Emma. Emma is a 200 hour certified yoga instructor with experience of teaching both group and one-to-one classes. She discovered yoga 16 years ago as a university student and initially used it as a way to compliment her other sporting hobbies. As her practice advanced she noticed how the mental practice of Yoga was helping her through those wobbly life moments and the general challenges of living in a fast paced environment. This eventually led her to complete her 200 hour teacher training with the London School of Yoga so she can help others to discover the magical benefits of a yoga practice.
Come along and join us for a trial class on Tuesday 10th October, the class will cost £10. If you are happy with the session then the class will be bookable as a course running from Tuesday 17th October to Tuesday 7th November. (4 week course costing £40).
