The class will be taught by the amazing Emma. Emma is a 200 hour certified yoga instructor with experience of teaching both group and one-to-one classes. She discovered yoga 16 years ago as a university student and initially used it as a way to compliment her other sporting hobbies. As her practice advanced she noticed how the mental practice of Yoga was helping her through those wobbly life moments and the general challenges of living in a fast paced environment. This eventually led her to complete her 200 hour teacher training with the London School of Yoga so she can help others to discover the magical benefits of a yoga practice.
