Exercise and Mince Pies...

Firstly I would like to take this opportunity to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and almost a Happy New Year :-)

Thank you all so much for your support and encouragement. I can't believe that it has been 7 months since I started Baby Steps Fitness. It has been an amazing journey and I have loved meeting so many local Mum's. You are all a pleasure to teach.

It's obviously completely up to you but at the following dates below, (which will be the last session at each class) I will be bringing along some cheeky Mince Pies and dressing up to get us in to the Christmas spirit. So please feel free to join me in the festive cheer and put on your santa hat and jogging bottoms. Dress babies up as well to add to the cuteness factor :-)

The last date for;

Friday Mummy Mindfulness- Friday 8th December
Monday Adults only aerobics- Monday 11th December
Tuesday Indoor Mum and Baby- Tuesday 12th December
Tuesday Adults only Yoga- Tuesday 12th December and 
Wednesday Outdoor Postnatal- Wednesday 20th December.

All classes will resume as normal from Tuesday 2nd January 2018.
