The Mummy Mindfulness Classes have been a roaring success so far, it’s such a lovely way to spend a Friday morning preparing ourselves for the weekend.

 

Each week we discuss a different topic, we have already had discussions around Christmas and preparing ourselves for the New Year. The chats are focused on improving Mummy’s wellbeing.
